Senior Vice President and Regional Manager, Valentino MacBean told Tradewinds Newspaper that negotiations on a site for a branch bank on St. John seem to be coming to a close.

MacBean said that opening a Love City branch is critical to the company since Banco Popular has a customer base that needs assistance.  The bank feels it is important to have a presence on all three of the Virgin Islands.

More information should be forthcoming in the next few weeks as to when this convenient addition to St. John may be expected and where it may be located.
